TUESDAY, AUGUST 28 — If you’ve been re-directed to this page, it’s because we have already sold out of the additional 50 prepaid parking passes made available to NAGAAA and the Tampa GSWS.
This second batch of parking passes is the last being offered to NAGAAA. No further passes will be available.
DAILY PARKING AT SOUTH REGIONAL GARAGE
Although the prepaid passes have been sold out, you’re still able to use the South Regional Parking Garage for daily and overnight use. Here is some information about the pricing, in order for you to best manage your parking expense:
The daily rate at the South Regional Garage is $1.60 per hour, with a daily maximum of $9.50. But the clock “resets” at 6:00am each daily and there are no in-and-out privileges.
Under the hourly rates, for example, if you enter the garage at, say, 8pm and depart at 11am the next day for afternoon games, you’re overnight fee would $19 — $9.50 for the evening hours, and $9.50 more for the period from 6am-11am.
The exception to these hourly and daily rates will be on Friday, September 7, when the nearby hockey arena hosts a concert. Event pricing will be in place for that evening, and it’s possible the garage may be closed to hourly/daily parking in order to preserve capacity for the vehicles with parking passes.
HOST HOTEL PARKING
Your other options include host hotel parking. NAGAAA’s overnight valet parking rates at the host hotels are $24 at the Marriott and $18 at the Embassy Suites. Neither hotel offers a self-parking option.
Although this remains the more expensive option, we’re hoping that the parking diverted to the South Regional Parking Garage will relieve pressure on the valet parking process at the host hotels and provide for a more reliable experience to those parked at the hotels.
