This leads to many teams finishing tied with others because, for the divisions with the most teams, up to 16 teams exit the tournament at the same point in the tournament. Only the first four places stand alone without ties. Two teams end up tied for 5th place; two teams finish in 7th; four finish tied for 9th and 13th; eight finish tied for 17th and 25th; and so on.
